This is a magnificent example of the unusual vein agate that occurs at Five Islands, Nova Scotia. It exhibits beautiful ruddy plumes moving towards the mysterious dark form in the translucent center. We cut and polished this stone and left the edges with its natural irregularities  which you can glimpse through the basket weave bezel hand crafted in sterling silver. This agate has been accented with smokey quartz beads.  The pendant, which can be worn on either side, depending on the look desired, measures 2 1/4" by  1 5/8" and comes with a 16" chain in a gift box.   $289.00 CAD
