They are a gift for my daughter in law who just finished law school. So it will be good to have the Tiger's Eyes for important meetings which will surely be in her future.

Cynthia - The pendant and your wonderful letter arrived on Monday.  I so appreciate the care you took in sending paper and ribbon and especially for taking the time to write up the story about finding the agate. My dad was a geologist so I've always loved rocks and it was really fun to read about your rock hounding.

The pendant is as beautiful as the picture of it. It's so nice that you made it reversible. I love the intricate silverwork.

I will visit your site again and I believe you will have another order from me sometime.

The ring has been well received and it was a fit. My girl friend likes it a lot and she also said that a lot of people told her that the ring was gorgeous and shining like there was diamond on it. So, everything is perfect!

As promised, I am writing to let you know the pendant arrived. And I must say this right up front: I have rarely received the type of customer service that you provided me during this transaction, irrespective of the seller or the price point. Over the years, I have found art jewelers to be among the most courteous and responsive of any vendor with whom I've dealt. However, you have ratcheted that standard to a level virtually without peer. 

As to the piece: well, it took my breath away! It is one of the most incredible pendants I own, and as I've told you, I have been collecting art jewelry for more than 25 years, and my collection is very large and very wonderful. ... I am very pleased, and very proud, to now count myself as one of your collectors!

I also do hope to visit the Maritime provinces very soon, perhaps next year. When I do, you can be assured I will be in touch so that I can visit you and your studio. I consider it an honor and a privilege to have been invited by you.

I had spent almost 5 years finding a particular stone (Sard-onyx).  When I finally found it, I spent the last 2 years passing jewelry stores trying to find someone who could turn it into a pendant.  Let me tell you, not too many places in Moncton can do this.

Everyone kept referring me to the same jeweler.  I had spoken to them by phone and finally decided to go in and take a look.  What the fellow proposed and what I was looking for were not along the same lines. That and he would only charge me 400$.

I had gotten my hands on a craft book: "Making Bead & Wire Jewelry" by Cusick.  I knew that would be the perfect thing for the stone but could not find anyone to do it.  When I saw the items in your booth at the Coliseum craft show, I recognized the style and materials used from the book and almost fell over.  Real live people who could actually do this!  In Moncton!

It is beyond perfect.  It is exactly what I wanted and thought I would never find. If ever I need something like this done again, I now know it can be done, and done beautifully.  I thank you ever so much. Everyone who's seen it is just amazed.
