Shipping and Return Policy Can I get more than one of the same item? No. They are one of a kind items and even though the cart offers the option of more - there isn't.
What currency are you billing in? All prices shown are in Canadian currency, including your shipping and handling costs.
Where will you ship? We will ship within North America. All International shipments outside of North America will be assessed on an individual basis. Please email us for further information on shipping to your location.
How do you ship my purchase? Even though jewelry packages are small by nature they are too large to be considered letter mail, which means that all packages will be shipped as a parcel.
How long will it take to get my purchase? In Canada, you can expect that Canada Post may deliver your purchase within 10-15 business days. For the United Stated it is usually 15-20 business days by regular mail, expedited packages will take less time.
How do I know what the shipping and handling cost is? We have set prices for shipments within Canada and the United States $15.00 This is a flat shipping rate and includes the cost of tracking and insurance. In many cases a second item can be added to your purchase without increasing the cost of shipping. For shipping rates outside of North America, please contact us so that we can get an accurate price from Canada Post prior to you making your purchase. Your failure to do so may negate the potential sale.
Can it be insured? Jewelry items can only be insured to a maximum amount of $500.00 under Canada Post Regulations and your package will be insured for the purchase value of the item. Insurance cost is included in the shipping and handling cost
When will you ship my order? www.mboot.net as ...and now for something completely different... jewelry will endeavor to have the items posted to you within 3 business days and will forward to you by email the package tracking number, and actual shipment date. Please advise us if you have not received your package within a reasonable amount of time based on the average delivery time for your area so that we may follow-up on the tracking of your package.
At what point to you stop being liable for my purchase? We (www.mboot.net as ...and now for something completely different... jewelry) only assume responsibility for a shipment while it is in our possession. Once we deliver the item to the shipping carrier (Canada Post is our preferred), the laws and regulations of the shipper become the regulating laws for the shipment. The risk of loss of the item passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. We will not be held responsible for lost shipments that are the fault of anyone but www.mboot.net as ...and now for something completely different... jewelry and we will not be held responsible for its choice of shipping carrier. As stated before, we will endeavor to package the item well and purchase shipping that has tracking and insurance in an attempt to ensure that an item is delivered safely and securely but we are not responsible for the actions of the shipper and its assigns.
Can I return my purchase if I am not satisfied for some reason? Yes, but shipping, handling and insurance fees are non-refundable in any circumstances. Return product must be in its original clean condition and box with the original accessories, and packaging. Failure to do so can negate your refund. If you fail to repackage the item securely to protect against damage you will be charged for repairs. Returns may be made within 5 business days of receipt, please email us to indicate that we should expect the return. www.mboot.net as ...and now for something completely different... jewelry expects that you will use the same type or equivalent postal service to return the item so that there is tracking and insurance. We strongly recommend that you insure your return because we are not responsible for any losses while returned merchandise is in transit and will not issue any form of refund or credit for lost items. Insurance with your chosen carrier will be the only form of recourse that you will have for lost items being returned. Refunds are also subject to a 10% restocking fee and are also minus the original shipping cost, but you could also choose to have a credit with us for the item to use in making a future purchase less the original shipping fees only. Please allow adequate return shipping time and up to 10 more business days for us to process your return.
What if the shipping package looks damaged? For your benefit, make sure that all package damage is noted on any shipping papers that you sign and open the package in front of the shipper’s representative or employee so that any claims for damages can be made immediately. Packages that are accepted without notation cannot be processed for claims after the fact and www.mboot.net as ...and now for something completely different... jewelry will not be held liable for shipping damages and a shipper will most likely refuse liability for damages if damages are not recorded at time of delivery.
What is the claims process for lost or damaged shipment. As stated above damage claims must be started at the time of delivery with the carrier at your end of the process. Loss in transit claims are started at the point of origin in the delivery process and if you feel that the shipment has been lost, please contact us so that we can inquire as to the whereabouts of the shipment and determine where it is in the actual delivery process if it is not lost, and if it is we will start claims processing, we will advise you of the results when we know. As for how long the overall claims process can take, that will depend on the carrier’s process of investigation over which we have no control.
Can you ship internationally (outside of North America)? We can ship items internationally, BUT only via Canada Post parcel post AND only with adequate insurance AND a signature will be required of the receiver where possible AND only if jewelry items are not prohibited under the trade and tariff agreements pertaining to jewelry trade in the international country AND only if we feel reasonably secure that you are actually making a legitimate purchase. We do reserve the right to refuse to accept any international purchase for any reason. Please contact us first prior to making an international purchase.
Do I have to sign for my purchase? When a signature is requested, you or your assign must either sign or block print your name in the signature box. If you refuse to sign for your purchase it will be returned to us and you will forfeit your purchase and the initial cost of shipping and the cost of return shipping and 20% of the purchase price for restocking the item.
Will there be any International Custom Duty Tax and Broker Fees? There certainly can be. All international and US customers are responsible for all Duty and Tax by Customs or brokers. The shipping and handling cost does not cover any customs or brokerage fees that may be levied by carriers and customs in your country.
Who provides the shopping service for this website? We are using a Mal's E-commerce shopping cart service and are verified PayPal merchants.
Do I need to join this service to make a purchase? You do not need to be a PayPal member to make a purchase through this service using an accepted credit card.
Is my financial information safe? Your financial information is protected by the SSL encryption on PayPal servers. We have no access to your personal financial informtion.
What about any other personal information that you collect about me? Your personal information is protected under Canadian privacy legislation and will not be shared with anyone unless we are required to release it by Canadian legal authorities to Canadian legal authorities. Privacy Policy
Why does your PayPal name not match any of the names used on this site? We have a specific PayPal name "harveystation" and it is tied to our PayPal services. It is also the name of the community where your postal shipment will originate.
What if what I want is already sold and you haven't marked it sold & I buy it? We will try to keep the sales information up to date and remove sold items as soon as we are aware of the sale so that they are not sold a second time. These are all one of a kind items but should you be a second buyer for or an item we will contact the you as soon as possible by email and offer you an item of equal value in a similar style if we have one or refund the purchase & shipping cost.
Is the product description really accurate? We try to be accurate when naming, describing or pricing a product, but we do not guarantee that product descriptions and product prices are accurate, complete, reliable, up-to-date, or error-free at all times. www.mboot.net as ...and now for something completely different... jewelry will not be held responsible in any way for typographical errors, including errors in pricing or errors in descriptions. If you have received a product from us that does not appear how it was/is described on its website, your only recourse is to return the item in an unused condition.
