Visa and MasterCard are accepted for all orders.

As all items are handcrafted, please allow a minimum of 2-3 weeks for average delivery.

First order is COD or credit card. Net 30 days will be given only upon credit application and pre-approval. A monthly service charge of 2% (24% annually) will be assessed on past due invoices. Credit privileges will be revoked if accounts are not paid in a timely manner. Collection fees may be assessed if it becomes necessary to utilize a collection service. N.S.F. cheques are subject to a $30.00 service charge.

All payments are due in Canadian funds.

Buyers pay all shipping charges. Preferred shipping method is Expedited Post. International buyers pay all shipping, customs, taxation and brokerage charges.

Do not sign for the package prior to opening it in front of the carrier’s representative in order to utilize any insurance provided by the carrier as we are not responsible for goods lost or damaged by the carrier. You should retain the package and packaging material for claim purposes with the carrier.

Unauthorized returns for refund, exchange or credit will not be accepted. Please call or email for authorization at 506-470-0731 or email. If approved, returned product will be assessed a handling or restocking fee of 10% of the original invoice price before a refund, exchange or credit is issued. Returns and exchanges are to be shipped postage paid. Payment for merchandise received damaged is still the responsibility of the shipper.
